Objectives
As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:
- Review indications and rationale for using biological agents in rheumatic inflammatory disorders
- Be aware of potential complications of biologic drugs
- Improve comfort and skill level in recognizing special situations that may arise when using these agents
- Apply this knowledge to patients that are seen in daily practice who are using these medications
